Welcome to Snuggle Threads.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snuggle Threads. We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through it (the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies referenced on our website, set out the terms that apply when you access our website or purchase products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or placing an order.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through our store.
When using our Services or placing an order, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment details and delivery address.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings and devices.
Minor variations in knit, texture, weave and embroidery placement may occur as part of the manufacturing and personalisation process. These natural variations are not considered defects where they do not affect the quality, safety or intended use of the product.
Product availability may change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section affects your right to receive goods that conform to their description and meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PERSONALISATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Snuggle Threads.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary and in accordance with Section 4 below.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
For personalised products, you are responsible for checking that all names, dates, spelling, wording, colours, fonts and other personalisation details entered at checkout are correct.
We personalise products according to the information provided by the customer and cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalisation details supplied by the customer.
Embroidery or production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Personalised orders may be cancelled or changed within 4 hours of being placed, provided production or embroidery has not already begun.
Once production has started, personalised products cannot normally be cancelled or changed.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
SECTION 4 - RIGHT TO REFUSE, LIMIT OR CANCEL ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
This may include, for example:
- Product or stock availability issues
- Obvious errors in product information, pricing or availability
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Incomplete or invalid customer, billing or delivery information
- Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised resale or commercial distribution
- Unusually large quantities of the same product
- Circumstances where we are unable to fulfil an order safely or lawfully
Where reasonably necessary, we may limit quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, billing address or delivery address.
If we refuse, change or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.
If payment has already been taken for products that we cancel, the amount paid for those cancelled products will be refunded to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section gives us the right to cancel an order in a way that would unfairly limit your statutory consumer rights.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on our website are displayed in the currency selected or otherwise indicated on the store.
Prices include any taxes applicable to the sale where required by law. Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your order.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the price paid to Snuggle Threads and are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices, products and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.
If we identify an obvious pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you where appropriate. If we are unable to fulfil the order on the correct terms, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund for any amount already paid.
You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information when placing an order.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and other authorised third-party payment providers.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
Processing time is separate from delivery time and may vary slightly during busy or seasonal periods.
Delivery Within Ireland
All orders within Ireland are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Tracked delivery is €6.95 for orders under €60.
We offer free shipping on orders of €60 or more within Ireland, which is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
Available shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination, local postal services and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Local Collection
Local collection is available for all orders.
Collection is by appointment only.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a ready-for-pickup notification. We will then contact you separately to confirm the collection location and an available collection time.
Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect your order and bring your order confirmation with you.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, seasonal demand, customs processing and other delivery disruptions.
Tracking updates may occasionally take some time to appear.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Where applicable, goods remain at our risk until you, or a person nominated by you, take physical possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND FAULTY GOODS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Clearly personalised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or cancellation solely because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights where a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, statutory cancellation rights may apply, including the applicable cooling-off period.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, remedies may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through our Services, including our branding, logos, product photographs, graphics, text, designs, videos and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Snuggle Threads and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.
The Shopify name, trademarks and associated branding belong to Shopify and its respective rights holders.
All other third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Our Services may provide access to features, tools or services operated by third parties.
We do not control all aspects of these third-party services and their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
You should review the applicable terms before using a third-party service.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or additional information. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
If you choose to access or purchase from a third-party website, you should review that third party’s terms, policies and practices before completing a transaction.
This does not affect any rights you may have against us in relation to products purchased directly from Snuggle Threads.
SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Snuggle Threads is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Snuggle Threads.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Snuggle Threads and is not responsible for fulfilling orders or resolving issues relating to products sold directly by Snuggle Threads.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have directly against Shopify in circumstances where applicable law provides otherwise.
SECTION 12 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with your access to and use of our store.
Information may also be processed by payment providers, delivery providers and other service providers where necessary to operate our store, process orders and provide our Services.

SECTION 13 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, photographs, suggestions or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant Snuggle Threads a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display that content for legitimate business purposes, including operating and promoting our Services, unless otherwise agreed.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact you.
Where we cannot fulfil an affected order on the agreed or corrected terms, we may cancel the affected product and refund any amount paid for it.

We take reasonable care in operating our website and providing our products and Services.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available, as temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
- Your statutory consumer rights
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
To the extent permitted by law, Snuggle Threads will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach of these Terms.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities arising from use of products purchased primarily for personal or household purposes.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can legally operate without the affected provision.

These Terms, together with our policies and any specific terms presented to you in connection with an order or promotion, form the agreement between you and Snuggle Threads relating to the relevant Services or purchase.
Nothing in this section excludes information, representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations to another person where doing so would materially affect our rights or obligations without our consent, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so.

These Terms and any contracts between you and Snuggle Threads are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer residing outside Ireland, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have to bring a claim before a court or other competent body where applicable law allows you to do so.
SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal requirements.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed with you, changes to these Terms will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order that was already accepted before the change took effect.
