CHOOSING YOUR PERSONALISATION
You can personalise selected products with:
- A name of up to 18 characters
- An optional heart or bow below the name, or a small heart above the name
Please enter the wording exactly as you would like it embroidered, including capital letters and spelling.
EMBROIDERY FONTS
Font examples are shown in the product photos. Please check the full alphabet carefully, as each name will look slightly different depending on the letters used.
Please note that longer names may appear slightly smaller to ensure the embroidery fits neatly within the available embroidery area.

THREAD COLOURS
Thread colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen and device settings.

OPTIONAL EMBROIDERY DETAILS
Depending on the product, you may be able to add:
- A heart below name
- A bow below name
- A small heart above the name
The selected detail will be embroidered as part of the overall design.
BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please double-check:
- The spelling of the name or phrase
- Capital and lowercase letters
- Your chosen font
- Your chosen thread colour
- Your selected embroidery style
Embroidery may begin shortly after your order is placed. Changes can only be requested within 4 hours of ordering and cannot be guaranteed once personalisation has begun.
As personalised products are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or there is an error with your order.
